What has been your biggest challenge and how your team has overcome it?
The biggest challenge has been our category. Topicals are in their own somewhat still unknown world. Additionally, many who have tried topicals have had mediocre experiences with CBD products and have little faith in their effectiveness. We developed a sample size for our larger SKUs and that seems to help when we are able to get those into people's hands—they can see that our topicals provide fast and effective relief from aches and pains.
What are some upcoming innovations/projects you are most excited for?
We have many new SKUs in different stages of development. Bath salts, lube, bath bombs, and pain patches, and more. We have spent years researching and making highly effective whole-plant-infused products, and we have so many great recipes we are excited to launch.
Any future predictions/trends you foresee in your product category?
We think that people will realize how amazing this plant is in topical use. It's truly magical what it can do. We're hopeful the word will get out and people realize that they have a choice when it comes to the products they use. Products can be safe, all-natural and highly effective especially when it comes to pain relief. We love that cannabis topicals give people a choice to live without pain in a way that is kind and healing for their bodies.
