What has been your biggest challenge and how your team has overcome it?
On a macro level, the whole world is challenging for everyone right now. One of our pillars is to focus on what we can control. Things that we have an impact on directly day-to-day. We call it "keeping on the blinders".
What are some upcoming innovations/projects you are most excited for?
We are close to finalizing our brand refresh, which our team has been working on non-stop for the past few months. After that, we have some very exciting things in the works as we are set to launch a omni-channel shopping experience for all of the Lime fans out there.
Any future predictions/trends you foresee in your product category?
Our product portfolio, being one of the largest in the state, has no signs of slowing. As the market demands continue to shift and form, we are innovating products to meet our customers needs.
