Sweet Releaf emerged from a critical turning point when the founder's daughter faced a severe car accident. Drawing from personal experience, they comprehended the profound impact of pain on one's everyday existence and well-being. With this understanding, Sweet Releaf meticulously formulated an exclusive fusion of THC-rich topicals, designed to facilitate rapid and profound absorption of therapeutic elements, all while bypassing the psychoactive effects.

In 3 words, describe your organization.

Exceptional Pain Relief

What has been your biggest challenge and how your team has overcome it?

We started this company in 2015. Moving from the legacy market to the adult-use recreational market in 2018 required us to rebrand with all new child-resistant packaging, attain licensure, a facility, and scale our product all at the same time. Our small team has always been hardworking and focused on success as we navigated the many challenges in this evolving market to be able to continue to bring effective pain topicals to customers statewide. It has really been a labor of love.

What are some upcoming innovations/projects you are most excited for?

We will continue to focus on topical pain management, which is what we do best, with an eye towards new products in development that provide improved health outcomes for our loyal customers and new ones too. We are really looking forward to the end of Schedule 1, banking opening up, and this market stabilizing so it can become easier for us to get our products out to the people who really need them.

Any future predictions/trends you foresee in your product category?

People will continue to learn and accept that THC-rich topicals like ours really do help with pain reduction and pain management. We get so many incredible testimonials every week telling us how much our product has helped them with their pain. People call us from all over California, from other states, even overseas, asking if we can ship to Europe (the answer is no). They're calling for their spouses with cancer, for their grandparents, and their own ailments. Now that we are going into our 8th year of operation, we really believe there will continue to be more public and political acceptance of health and wellness products that incorporate the cannabis plant.
